I will advocate for a District 3 Neighborhood Safety Alert program that provides updates on:

• Crime trends
• Traffic collisions
• Road closures
• Public safety concerns
• Crime prevention information
• Emergency preparedness
• Community meetings
• Neighborhood Watch activities

Better communication builds trust and helps residents become active partners in keeping our neighborhoods safe.

I support expanding Neighborhood Watch through both in-person and virtual meetings led by Police Department supervisors to discuss crime trends, prevention strategies, neighborhood concerns, and community solutions.

An informed neighborhood is a safer neighborhood.

Homelessness remains one of the most difficult challenges facing every community in California.

There is no single solution.

Success requires collaboration, compassion, accountability, and a willingness to work together across city and county lines.

Cathedral City has already made meaningful progress through the work of our Homeless Liaison Officers, City Council, Riverside County, nonprofit organizations, healthcare providers, and faith-based partners.

Those efforts should continue—and expand.

As your Council Member, I will build upon the successful work already taking place rather than starting over.

My Priorities Include

• Strengthening partnerships with Riverside County and regional agencies.
• Supporting our Homeless Liaison Officers.
• Pursuing additional state, federal, and private grant funding.
• Expanding access to mental health care and substance abuse treatment.
• Supporting transitional and supportive housing solutions.
• Connecting veterans with specialized services.
• Encouraging employment and workforce development programs.
• Maintaining clean, safe public spaces through balanced enforcement and compassionate outreach.

Homelessness affects individuals, families, businesses, and neighborhoods.

We must continue helping those willing to accept assistance while preserving the safety, cleanliness, and quality of life our residents deserve.

Compassion and accountability are not opposing ideas—they are both essential to lasting solutions.

Protecting and improving those neighborhoods should remain one of the City’s highest priorities.

District 3 deserves continued investment in streets, parks, traffic safety, and neighborhood infrastructure.

As your Council Member, I will advocate for practical improvements that residents see and experience every day.

Those priorities include:

• Repairing aging streets.
• Improving sidewalks and neighborhood infrastructure.
• Addressing speeding on residential streets through data-driven traffic calming measures.
• Enhancing neighborhood lighting where appropriate.
• Maintaining clean and attractive public spaces.
• Improving accessibility throughout District 3.

Strong neighborhoods create stronger property values, safer streets, and a higher quality of life for every resident.

Throughout my career, I learned that trust is earned through honesty, transparency, and accountability.

If elected, I will remain accessible to residents and committed to open communication.

• Clearly explaining City projects and priorities.
• Being visible in our neighborhoods.

• Working collaboratively with fellow Council Members.

City government should be no different.

Fiscal responsibility does not mean spending less—it means spending wisely.

As your Council Member, I will support responsible budgets that protect essential city services while making smart investments in our future.

• Maintaining balanced budgets.
• Protecting public safety services.
• Investing in streets and infrastructure.
• Improving parks and recreation.
• Supporting economic development.
• Seeking outside grants whenever possible.
• Planning responsibly for future financial challenges.
